The Ending Racism Committee presents a movie and facilitates a discussion each month to educate and explore issues around racism and how we can work together to combat racism in ourselves and our communities.

For April, the film is:

Get Out is an Academy Award winning, comedy/horror film written and directed by Jordan Peele. It is the story of a young black man who uncovers a disturbing secret when he spends a weekend with the liberal family of his white girlfriend.

Films are generally show in the Daskam and/or Assembly rooms, on the second floor of the building. If you come in from the parking lot, go in through the door at the end of the ramp if it’s open, or through the door with the window at the bottom of the stairs, then go up the stairs and straight.
