Ending Racism Movie: “I Am Not Your Negro”

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Ending Racism Committee presents a movie and facilitates a discussion each month to educate and explore issues around racism and how we can work together to combat racism in ourselves and our communities.

For May, the movie is rescheduled from March:

Raoul Peck’s documentary, I Am Not Your Negro examines race in America using Baldwin’s own words and archival material. This is a journey into black history that connects the past of the Civil Rights movement to the present of #BlackLivesMatter. Peck has produced a work that challenges the very definition of what America stands for.

Location
USG Edna Jones Assembly Room
