Our Transforming Climate, Rev. Alison Cornish

As the Earth’s climate continues to change in both subtle and dramatic ways, our species is being challenged to transform as well. Unitarian Universalism can help us with this change – if we dig deep into our tradition and engage in everyday spiritual practices. Join us for this exploration of the power of a faith-rooted response to climate change.

The Rev. Alison Cornish is the Executive Director of Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light, a state-wide affiliate of the national organization, Interfaith Power & Light, helping congregations and individuals of all faiths respond to climate change as an urgent moral issue. She also serves as the Director of Congregational and Seminary Initiatives at the Interfaith Center of Greater Philadelphia. Alison was ordained as a Unitarian Universalist minister in 2004, and served as a parish minister in Bellport and Bridgehampton, Long Island, before moving to Philadelphia in 2013.
