You might also be interested in various volunteering opportunities, either on your own (weeding) or with others (weeding ;>). USG Groups

BLUU Haven Philly generally meets every other 3rd Saturday at 3pm. This is a great opportunity to build a community of local Black U/UUs. Visit the BLUU Resources for Black UUs page for more info. Garden GrUUp works to maintain USG’s garden beds. If you enjoy getting outdoors and working in and around plants, this is the group for you! No specialized plant knowledge is required, just a willingness to help out. Please contact Paula Behrens and Eva Finney at gardening@usguu.org

DRUUMM â€“  Diverse & Revolutionary UU Multicultural Ministries (DRUUMM) exists to support our ministry in the world, positively transforming the lives of BIPOC UUs and helping build beloved communities.
