Your Ministerial Search committee needs your perspective, opinions and concerns so that we can present USG authentically to prospective ministers and hold your priorities in mind during the search process.

You can easily take the survey (a google form) via this link or the link above.  You can also print a copy here (it’s 16 pages, so if you can print double sided that will reduce paper use) or pick up a paper copy outside the USG office.
