View and discuss Where the Olive Trees Weep, a film that explores loss, trauma, and the quest for justice. It is a searing window into the struggles and resilience of the Palestinian people under Israeli occupation. 

What Can We Do?Saturday, August 9, 1-4 pm, at USG
Hear speaker, Sam Kuttab, a Philly resident, Palestinian Christian and co-founder of Prayers for Peace. Then, join UUs, community members and supporters of Palestine to explore these questions:

  • What is needed from to support Palestinian liberation?
  •  What else do we need to know?
  • How do we organize and coordinate across organizations for maximum impact?
  • What are we are already doing that we could be doing better? 
  • What more could we do? 
  • What is our willingness and capacity to work together?
