| Begin Or Renew Your Membership Journey You are invited deeper into the USG community with a series of classes designed to guide you on your path to membership. We encourage you to attend at least 3 of the 4 class offerings before participating in a New Member Ceremony. Let’s define newcomer. Are you curious about the commitment of membership at USG? Did you join recently and feel you need a “tune up” or have remaining gaps in your understanding of membership? Do you desire a better grasp of Unitarian Universalist theology? Are you curious about the history of the congregation and its culture? Do you want to understand what constitutes the community and how to weave in? We invite all to consider themselves a newcomer and begin this series with us! What Is Offered In Our Newcomer Series Theology 101 with Rev. You are simply asked, “Do you, as our newest members, promise to offer of yourselves your stories, your gifts, and the work of building the Beloved Community?” When you feel ready, fill out the I Want to Become a Member of USG form.
