USG is one congregation within a much larger Unitarian Universalist movement. Beyond our walls, national organizations and affinity networks offer worship, community, learning, and connection, many of them created by and for specific communities within Unitarian Universalism. Each keeps its own up-to-date calendar and resources on its own site. Here are a few worth knowing.

The Unitarian Universalist Association

Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). The continental association of UU congregations, with news, worship resources, and a full directory of programs and affinity groups. When national programs come and go, the UUA’s site is the best place to start.

Anti-Racism and Multiculturalism

Black Lives of Unitarian Universalism (BLUU). Expands the power and capacity of Black UUs, with worship, community, and resources. Our local BLUU Haven Philly is listed on the Groups page.

DRUUMM. Diverse and Revolutionary UU Multicultural Ministries, a UU People of Color ministry and anti-racist collective.

Taproot. A national gathering space for BIPOC UU leaders, hosted through the UUA.

LGBTQ+

TRUUsT. Transgender Religious professional UUs Together, supporting trans and nonbinary UU religious professionals.

EqUUal Access. Works to make UU communities fully accessible to and inclusive of people with disabilities.

JUUst Breathe. A livestream and podcast by and for UU youth and young adults.

Young Adult Revival Network (YARN). Monthly ways for UU young adults to connect online.

YUUP, the Young UU Project. A national care network that centers BIPOC, trans and nonbinary, and neurodivergent youth and emerging adults.

Thrive. Leadership programs for BIPOC youth and emerging adults, offered through the UUA.
