It will be a structured, facilitated group process where participants take turns speaking and listening deeply, creating a safe and inclusive environment for sharing experiences, expressing concerns, and providing input to the Board. It is an opportunity for you to meet the Board members, share what’s on your mind, and be assured that you will be fully heard.
