This is a joint service with the Unitarian Universalists of Mt Airy. This service will highlight how we can promote a just peace in Palestine and Israel. Reverend Dr. Allison J. Tanner Ph. D. is a pastor, educator and organizer working for justice and healing. She is the Lead Organizer of Apartheid-Free Communities, convened by American Friends Service Committee, and Pastor of Public Witness at Lakeshore Avenue Baptist Church in Oakland, California. She travels the continent equipping faith communities to engage in creative, costly solidarity with Palestinians and all peoples seeking freedom, justice and equality.
