Suvaco will draw from his many years of experience as a monk, psychotherapist, and activist to talk about ways to care for ourselves and keep our balance while we respond to the urgent needs of our world.
The session will include a brief talk, a guided meditation, and time for questions.
Registration: We are offering a range of payment options for this event. After credit card fees, all payments with go to Suvaco.
