We all want to make change, but how do things change at all? Every other week we will talk about a reading on the topic of how change is possible at a personal, spiritual, political, and social level. We will meet for about an hour after the service and discuss readings that might include selections from Rebecca Solnit’s Hope in the Dark, Pema Chödrön’s Comfortable with Uncertainty (or Start Where You Are), bell hooks’ The Will to Change, Audre Lorde’s The Master’s Tools Will Never Dismantle the Master’s House, and Agnes Callard’s Aspiration, among others (depending on the mood).
