3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
As the weather cools and the pace of our busy lives continues, the body begins to crave down time (even as the mind tells us to keep going!). Longer and slower than a typical class, restorative yoga is calibrated and timed to nourish the body as we may find ourselves anxious and depleted in the winter months. The sessions release long-held tension in the body, calm the nerves, and soothe the spirit.
Prioritizing your well-being is not optional at this time of year.
These popular annual sessions are designed to be accessible — all bodies and levels of flexibility welcome!
