Scroll to the bottom of this page for a google doc with details about USG member’s experiences at this year’s GA.

Demographics
There were 4933 total registrations, 3rd largest GA ever, including 60 youth. There were 1859 congregational delegates plus 382 ministers, 25 ministers emerita and 133 RE professionals for 2399 delegates total. From 635 congregations in 49 states, Mexico and Canada

Calls to Action:
The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe located in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts, very near Providence where GA was meant to be, was a big part of the Opening Ceremony. In 2018, the Dept of the Interior refused to affirm the status of the Tribe’s reservation. The Tribe is asking UUs to contact their senators to ask for their support of HR312, a bipartisan bill, which will prevent Interior from disestablishing the Tribe’s reservation.
