In this retreat, we’ll explore a variety of ways to find strength, wholeness, and healing through cultivating four powerful qualities: kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.
Cost is $30, with a sliding scale.
Oren teaches Buddhist meditation, mindfulness and nonviolent communication nationally. He has practiced meditation in the early Buddhist tradition since 1997. He is a long-time student of Joseph Goldstein, Michele McDonald, and Ajahn Sucitto, a graduate of the IMS – Spirit Rock Vipasanna Teacher Training, and member of the Spirit Rock Teachers Council. Oren is the author of Say What You Mean: A Mindful Approach to Nonviolent Communication, a practical guidebook for having more effective, satisfying conversations.
