 Dear USG Community, I arrived home Saturday morning, January 24, from Minneapolis in one piece. I’m grateful for my time learning and listening from faith leaders and community organizers in Minnesota who are reckoning with a profound shift in their everyday lives. Many of you have heard about or seen the murder of Alex Pretti, which occurred shortly after I left Minneapolis. I can only assume that you are as disturbed and heartbroken as I am. Staff and I are hoping to offer a vigil as soon as roads are safe and our parking lot is clear. I am anxious for us to be together to mourn, sing, pray, and get organized. With love and faith, Rev.
