This year’s annual meeting of USG Members is set for Sunday, June 1, 2025 following the service. In addition to the election of the 2025-2026 Board Members and Nominating Committee Members, the Board will present the congregational awards for 2024-2025 and give updates on other church news.

- Board of Trustees Nominees for a one-year term* (2025-26) are Eva Finney and for three-year terms (2025-28) are Mary Kalyna, Bradley Flamm, and Deborah Coleman. (Biographies are included below)
- Nominating Committee Nominees for a one-year term* (2025-26) are Debbie Ward and for three-year terms (2025-28) are Marjorie Winthur and Tiffany Hill.

Pursuant to our bylaws, Article III, Section 4: In addition to the nominees put forth by the Nominating Committee, any member may propose a nominee by giving written notice to the Secretary of that proposed nomination not less than twenty-five days before the scheduled Annual Meeting (by May 6, 2025). The nominee must also provide a statement that they are willing to serve.

*Usually board and nominating committee members serve a three-year term. Both Eva Finney and Debbie Ward are completing the third year of another person’s term.
