Please come in person or on Zoom for this very special service to celebrate Rev. Kent Matthies’ twenty years of ministry at USG. When Kent was chosen by the congregation to be the settled minister in 2002, he brought a vision for the church to “empower people as disciples of love.” We think he has embodied MLK’s description of “a soul generated by love” in so many areas of his ministry. Various guest speakers and various musicians will remind us of that generous spirit. (We cannot share TOO much because there are surprises!)
