Rev. Tet Gallardo served as President and Executive Minister of the UU Church of the Philippines (UUCP) during the pandemic. The UUCP is a church of 25 congregations or fellowships. She was the Balazs Scholar at Starr King School for the Ministry from 2016-17. She is part of the Reckoning International U/UU Histories Project and was one of the main presenters in last year’s annual webinar. She was the opening presenter at the annual UU Studies Network convocation last month in Chicago. She has supported more than a hundred leaders and lobbyists working for human rights, animal rights, eco-sustainability, disaster management, women’s rights, LGBT rights, peacebuilding, interfaith work, and migrant workers’s rights, effectively serving more than 40 nonprofits in her life. She has also served as governance consultant of presidential appointees of the Philippine government and worked as business management consultant for Microsoft, Google, Cigna, and now works with the American Management Association.
