The UUA designed the Breaking Barriers, Building Beliefs (B4) program to promote inclusive thinking and help prevent discrimination in searching for a new minister. The workshop’s facilitator is trained by the UUA. USG attendees will:

• Consider the hopes, expectations, and concerns they have for a new minister
• Learn more about the ministerial search process, and
• Explore how creating categories and putting people in them can interfere with choosing the best candidate.

The workshop is a total of three hours divided into two 90 minute sessions.
(The calendar event will not allow two time periods, that’s why it says all day.)
