USG Passover Seder

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Annual Seder dinner is one of the spiritual highlights of the year for many of us. An event for all ages, our Seder will celebrate the beginning of Passover and the liberation of Israelites/Jews from the slavery of ancient Egypt.

Our Seder will consist of:

  1. Meal- traditional Jewish food as well as American food (after ritual)
  2. Reading from the Haggadah
  3. Music, etc

Please bring a bottle of Kosher wine or apple cider and a potluck dessert to share. To attend, please sign up via our online registration form at https://usguu.org/seder/ or at the Seder table during Fellowship Hour starting Sunday, March 25. Please RSVP by Sunday, April 1.

The cost for the dinner is $20 for adults and $10 for children. You can make payment online at usguu.org.

If you would like to attend but cannot afford the fee, PLEASE see Rev. Kent (kmatthies@usguu.org). We want you to be able to attend. This is your community, and we warmly welcome your presence at the table.

We are also looking for volunteers to help with setup, serving and clean up for the dinner. When you RSVP, please let us know if you can serve in one of those capacities.

For more information, please contact Connie Simon, Intern Minister, internminister@usguu.org or Deb Kish-Silver, dkishsilver@gmail.com. We hope you will join us for this very special evening.
