6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
For thousands of years, people have celebrated the days growing longer and the nights growing shorter. USG joins the celebration of the Winter Solstice and the return of the sun from its journey south. Encircled by the stately trees in the Grove, celebrants sing, dance and cheer the journey of the burning wheel. The celebration begins at 6:00pm and is followed by a potluck dinner. All who celebrate the return of the sun – and of hope to the heart – are invited to attend. Contact Dennis Strain firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
