Breathe – A Virtual Mindfulness Class for now

Breathe is our Sunday evening mindfulness program with a rotating cast of experienced meditation teachers and mindfulness leaders. It will be offered virtually until further notice.

Please send your email address to mindfulness@usguu.org to be put into the BREATHE database so you can receive information on how to access the sessions on-line.

This is a really wonderful opportunity for beginners and experienced meditators in the USG community to gain insight and find ways to bring more peace and harmony into their lives.
