Breathe is our Sunday evening mindfulness program with a rotating cast of experienced meditation teachers and mindfulness leaders. It will be offered virtually until further notice.
Please send your email address to firstname.lastname@example.org to be put into the BREATHE database so you can receive information on how to access the sessions on-line.
Please remember that in order to keep the sessions going, the teachers need your support. There are no set fees, but we suggest a teacher donation (dana) of $10- $20. For more info, go to bit.ly/usgmeditates.
This is a really wonderful opportunity for beginners and experienced meditators in the USG community to gain insight and find ways to bring more peace and harmony into their lives.
