Death Cafe on Zoom

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Death Café — a chance to gather (virtually this time) to talk openly about death.

The purpose of Death Café is to increase our group awareness of death, with a view to helping each and all of us make the most of our (finite) lives. No agenda, no objectives, and it is not a substitute for grief support but it is a chance for people who will someday die to voice their thoughts, feelings, and experiences about this event that will eventually come to each one of us. All are welcome!

This Zoom will be a respectful and confidential space. No fee, no pressure. If we were gathered in person, we would share cake and coffee or something similar, so please feel free to eat and drink during our Zoom.

Facilitated by Maggie Beaumont, hospice chaplain and former USG Board member and the Adult Spiritual Development (ASD) Committee at USG.
