As the first foundation of mindfulness, meditation on the body is frequently the first practice many of us learn. In this course, Deborah will be offering several meditation practices aimed at opening and deepening our meditation experience through the focus on the body. This course is designed for those who already have a meditation practice. Attendees are invited to bring their curiosity and commitment. Let’s see what is really here!
People are encouraged to attend all the classes when possible.
