An eight-week course focusing on using mindfulness to help with the challenges of everyday life, including concerns from home or work, illness, and loss. Each class will include meditation, a short teaching, and time for discussion. There is no set fee. Participants are encouraged to offer a donation, suggested at $10-$20 per session.
The facilitator is Deborah Cooper, a licensed professional counselor who has been teaching mindfulness meditation for over 10 years. Contact her at 215-248-0489.
