Join meditation teacher and author Oren Jay Sofer for a day of meditation practice with guided meditations, instructions, and Q&A. Practices will draw primarily from the early Buddhist tradition, centering on Metta (lovingkindness) and Vipassana (insight) meditation. These techniques help to foster inner stability, clarity of mind, and a strong heart. Freely offered; donations welcome. Appropriate for beginners and advanced meditators alike. More info here.
