On these two days we will gather VIA ZOOM to draw our attention to the mystery of the Heart or Citta, heart not only as a physical organ, but as an imaginal and spiritual centre of stillness. The aim is through guided meditation and energy work to activate the feeling resonance of the heart and bring this resonance into the relational field we aim to co create.

This retreat is led by Suvaco, who has previously practised as a Buddhist monk for 17 years and continues his Dharma practice leading retreats, as an environmental activist, psychotherapist and cranio-sacral practitioner.A zoom link will be shared once you register and before the event.
