12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Join Rev. Kent Matthies to hear about his recent trip to Tijuana in refugee relief work. Thousands of refugees are being denied their right to apply for asylum. Thousands are hungry, cold, without sufficient legal or medical support. The UU Service Committee and other groups are establishing ways for people to support. Come learn and share. This conversation will take place in the Daskam room adjacent to our lovely Greening Workshop. Folks will be encouraged to float back and forth between the two events.
