As promised in my November message, the Board will organize two all church meetings to discuss with those interested our budgeting priorities as we look toward fiscal 2017-18. We have chosen Sunday, December 18 and Sunday, January 8 after the service as dates to have these discussions. As noted in my October message, given the timing of the meetings, not all actual expenditures will be final and the focus of each meeting will be an opportunity to discuss spending priorities rather than to allocate specific funds to specific budget lines.

Please note that the second session will be approximately the same as the first to allow those unable to attend on the 18th to participate and to allow an opportunity for the Board to respond to questions raised on the 18th that could not be immediately answered.
