Sleeping takes up almost one-third of our lives and constitutes a critical foundation for good health. Yet we pay insufficient attention to creating the conditions for sufficient restful sleep. The coronavirus pandemic has changed many people’s sleeping patterns, for better and worse. What is it all about? How can we engage the spiritual practice of sleep for well-being and liberation?
