In-Person Mindfulness Sit

8:00 am - 9:30 am

These 4th Sunday morning sits are jointly hosted by Springboard Sangha and co-sponsored by the Center for Mindfulness at USG. They consist of a 45 minute silent meditation and 45 minute dharma teaching and discussion. All are welcome.
