The workshop follows the worship service at USG and runs from 12:00 to 1:30 PM. Participants will gain a greater understanding of economic inequalities in the world, whether caused by globalization, discrimination, exploitation, or political structures. They will have the opportunity to commit to acting collaboratively to accomplish the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal Number 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries.

Allison joined the Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office as Envoy Coordinator at the beginning of 2015, connecting UU congregations across the US and Canada to the work of the United Nations. As of July 2016, Allison serves as International Engagement Associate at the Unitarian Universalist Association.
